Lovely Hotel!

I stayed at the Sapphire Hotel for 2 nights with my partner. The staff were polite and welcoming and the room we stayed in was well presented, clean and cosy. My only reservation would be that due to the walls being a bit thin, depending on the guests, it can be quite noisy at certain times, but I understand that this is down to the guests rather than being a direct issue with the hotel. I’d politely suggest that hotel staff encourage all guests upon arrival to be considerate of others and minimise noise levels. Aside from that, the Sapphire Hotel is definitely worth the price and I hope to be visiting again soon!

Friendly staff and convenient location near Westfield Mall and several tube lines. Room is very small with no place to unpack luggage. Washroom was clean but so tight that one cannot sit on a toilet with the door closed. There is literally no room between the toilet and the door. Walls are very thin, so I could hear every conversation of the couple next door at all hours.

My friend and I stayed at the Sapphire hotel due to its close location to the Heathrow airport. The room unfortunately was extremely hot and muggy, the bathroom had black mold in it and our towels were not fully clean upon arrival. The staff were friendly which was the highlight. We would not stay here again.
