Lovely newly renovated room. Bathroom a bit narrow, but was a small double I booked. William on front desk very helpful and sorted out my breakfast and added on at reduce rate, as weblink didn't work. Room comfy and food yummy as web link didn't work. Honoured same price.

Reception staff polite and helpful. Breakfast staff in dining room were ever so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel close to warren st station which was handy to get around everywhere. Nice location and lots of local eateries. Room was clean and comfortable. Even better if has slippers. We stayed in a part of the hotel that had not been renovated. It wasn't great... clean but rundown. Only reason for 4 stars and not 3 was the proximity to the subway. Two min walk and you on the tube.

Room was lovely but the stand out for me was the honest and genuine welcome I received from the check-in staff. They were so lovely, helpful and friendly it made a huge difference to how I now see this chain of hotels. The hotel was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Location is excellent too.

Room was nice and clean, single glazed windows made it very noisy. Euston is not a quiet locaton. Very livery drunks and kids playing football at 8am training practice is a not so nice wake up call.
