The Premier Inn London Putney Bridge hotel is one of the worst I've ever stayed in. The reception is very small and sometimes empty. The room we were assigned had no closet, no room to store our suitcases, no safe, and no refrigerator. The facilities were very poor. They didn't clean our room during the four nights and five days we stayed.

Da jeg ankom til hotellet og så det udefra var jeg lidt belemret. Det ser godt nok noget trist og slidt ud, men heldigvis var det noget bedre indvendigt. Værelset var rigtig fint og havde alt det som man har brug for.
