Arrived early and was able to check in without any issues with early access to the room. Size and cleanliness of the room excellent. All provisions throughout the hotel accessible and staff on hand to help.

Only stayed at this hotel for a convention before some years earlier. We did not enjoy our stay even though it was just one night. The room was uncomfortable and lacking plugs. We had forgotten how poor the breakfast was, even though there were more options than with a convention. The location was convenient but we would look for somewhere else another time.

Novotel never disappoints. Locations was perfect, train station was a 2 minute walk. Parking was about 20/night. Clean. Great stay
