Very pleasant, clean and functional hotel just 5 mins walk to Paddington. Breakfast was plentiful, warm and good quality. In a standard room which was on 1st floor, quiet and bed was comfortable. Best value for money in the area and would go back.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful when we arrived before our scheduled check-in time, exhausted after 20 hours of travel. Rooms are tiny and amenities are sparse (no shampoo/conditioner, for example), but this may be typical for the area. Location was very convenient and charming.

We had an amazing time in London and with our stay at Lancaster Hall Hotel. The location was perfect with public transport to the attractions. The room was great and since we walked A LOT....we enjoyed the bathtub, and aggressively running hot water. = )
