The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I would return, but my stay was affected by how a room issue was handled.
I was initially on the fourth floor where the air conditioning was faulty, the room was very cold, and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor near the service area. Despite attempts to fix it, it took over two hours to move me, and there was further delay in receiving the new room keys. One receptionist (whose name I didn’t get) was excellent — calm, reassuring, and helpful. She upgraded me to executive lounge access and resolved the air conditioning issue in the new room. Due to the delays and discomfort, I didn’t get to use the pool as planned, which was disappointing. The following morning, there was a slow leak under the sink in the new room, which maintenance attended.
Positively, the hotel was spotless, the shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable, and amenities were good. Overall, I would stay again, but the initial issue could have been handled much faster.
