Overall the stay was okay, good location. We arrived early at 2pm so left our bags at the property. When we came back later that evening the night staff tried to charge us an additional damage waiver that was more than we paid for the whole stay before allowing us into our apartment. We refused to pay this as it’s not specified in the booking information. We did have to argue the point before the member of staff relented. Once we got into the apartment it was clean. However the tv remote was missing which we found under the bed and the bedside lamp wasn’t anywhere near a plug. The member of staff brought an extension lead. The discussion about the damage waiver left us feeling disappointed.

Good location. Noise insulation between apartments is poor and our apartment was not ready on time. But other than that, we enjoyed the location, apartment kitchen and free laundry. We look forward to returning next time we're in London. Thank you.

This is my first time staying at the property but not my first time staying in the area. I was first put into a ground floor room with a window open on a built up back area. I asked to move because the advertising picture on Expedia clearly showed an open view. I was then moved to a 3rd floor studio that is hardly big enough for a room. This studio apartment was also poorly cleaned unlike the first apartment I was given. The window also opened on a restricted view which was problematic for me given my initial concern. The studio apartment was so poorly cleaned that the floor was sticky, there were nail clipping in the bathroom sink and pubic hairs on the bed sheet. I was totally put off by the experience. My complaint to Expedia also resulted in little action. I am half-minded to quit the App over it.

Great place to stay highly recommend

The room was very clean and just the right size for the three of us my husband I stayed in the bedroom and my sister-in-law stayed on the couch folded out into a bed. We stayed for 4 days - My only suggestion is for them to leave an extra trash bag in the where they have the dish detergent, we had a wonderful time - we book it again if we ever traveled in this area from the USA

The property was really well located, and the management were great. The biggest issue with the property is there are a lot of units and the walls are not well insulated so we could hear noises from neighbours at all hours.

This is quite a modern facility. 3 minutes walk to Earls Court Station. Earls Court station can be directly accessed from Terminal 3 at Heathrow and costs about $8 Aud or £4 each way Near the apartmenta local M&S express store for food but there is s major Tesco supermarket 8 minutes away in Warrick Road The apartment was spotless and there is enough cooking utensils only missing was some tongs. The apartment is roomy and lots of light. The room has a very good refrigerator and a small but very efficient freezer. The apartment was fairly quiey production despite a construction site close by. About Special mention to staff. We arrived early in the morning before the normal check in time and were exhausted. Although the cleaning staff had not started, they arranged to expedite the cleaning of the room as soon as possible and we got into the room 3 hours before normal. After 24 hours in the air their coursity was well appreciated

Venue for three.

Superb mezzanine which fitted three adults perfectly, which is a difficult thing to do in a world which favours even numbered groups. Fantastic utilisation of space, including a small hob, fridge and microwave oven. A quiet area close to Earl’s Court tube. Felt safe. Powerful shower as well.

The apartment was very posh, clean and conveniently located near the Tube, shops and bakeries. The space was perfect for a family of 3. The only complaint we had was the noise. We stayed in the mezzanine, next to the lift and we could hear it at night.

Very clean and conveniently located between to tube station within 10 minutes walking distance. Quite and safe. One point off for extremely small shower. We booked the mezzanine to room based off of the online photos showing a rectangular shower; however, we got a TINY square corner shower that was difficult to use. Other than the shower, I would recommend staying here. Very easy check-in and checkout process.

good clean adequate property. VERY small studio flat for 2, bed was smaller than an American queen but a little bigger than an American double bed. Kitchen was basic, with a couple of instant coffees and tea, a stovetop, microwave and small fridge. Bed was reasonably comfortable and unit was very clean. Area was extremely walkable and convenient to underground, restaurants, and grocery shopping. Quiet area for a good nights sleep.
