The staff were helpful, but the executive suite, though clean enough, was very basic. The bathroom was an squeeze and the hand basin tiny. There was a half used and dirty toilet roll. It look like it had fallen down the toilet at some point and left for us, which wasn’t great. One redeeming factor was the breakfast. Everything you want and really good sausages. Value for money, but don’t expect a “suite”.

We were disappointed with the state of repair of our room, the door handles were all loose and looked like they might fall off and the bathroom sink plug got stuck as it had been bent. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and a perfect size for a family with young children

We were upgraded to a larger room which was like an apartment, however, the cleanliness was not great. I will spare the details but there were remnants of the previous customers left in the room. The spa also felt very dirty. Can’t complain for the price that we paid but with a deep clean this place would be much better

I only stayed for the 1 Night because i had to attend a Funeral in the Area. Check in was Superb( I was allowed to check in at 1pm) Room was Spotless, spacious and very Comfortable, Tea/Coffee making facilities. There was a radiator in the room so it was nice and Cosy. Great Shower. Comfortable Bed. Didn't use the bar or the Restaurant so i cant comment, but I'm quite sure that those would have been Excellent. Very impressed overall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to Anyone. 10/10. Thank you all.

The pool was great. Staff in the bar and restaurant were great. Hardworking, cleaners. The sofa bed in the suite was not comfortable for sleep.

Room was amazing ! Large suite with two rooms, sofa, coffee table, two televisions, lovely bathroom. I didn’t want to leave my room! I even missed the event I’d gone for - I got too cosy. I ordered food in the restaurant and they put it on a tray when I said I wanted to eat it in my room. I took the bus from town out to the hotel. It took about 40 mins and then there was about a five to 10 minute walk to the hotel. Staff super friendly.

From the moment we checked in to when we checked out the staff and facilities were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. The breakfast was the standard options of a full English along with continental options which were all fresh and tasty. We made use of the pool which whilst unmanned was clean, tidy and inspected at regular intervals.
