A pipe burst during our stay. There was no running water so we checked out early. The property owner was unwilling to make any adjustments to our bill, even though it was their staff who shared that the repair was not going well and they did not know when or if the water would be turned back on. The property was great and we were excited to stay there.

Cleaning was done quickly and not done well. I get it’s a pet friendly hotel but there still shouldn’t be pet hair getting stuck to my socks and definitely shouldn’t be on the bed sheets. The walls seem paper thin as we were woken up several times by neighbors having normal conversation. It’s a beautiful room with a beautiful view but lacking in some major areas.

The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Parking here can be tricky, we could hear someone tv at some point, also both tv's turned on, on there own at around 1:30am. So it's obviously haunted, lol. View was awesome even from the first floor.
