The room, staff and amenities were great. The noise from guests however was horrendous!! Waiting on taxis outside to running in the hallways at 2am. Shrieking shouting screaming!

Bathroom smelt of smoke, room temperature controls did not work - it was too hot, room was not very big. Bar closed 1.5 hrs hours earlier than the published hours stated. Despite it getting busier as people were coming in from nights out. Leisure facilities were not included in the price - they wanted you to book a time slot & pay

There was some issues from the bar after hours and the police were called, the noise was terrible and we didn’t get much sleep, the hotel did waiver the food bill for the inconvenience caused.
