Our room got broke in, in a gated resort with security. The door was broken by a kick because the foot print was on the door. A Playstation, controllers, games, beats headphones, backpack, 2 luggages with clothes got stolen. Security came, but took a long time to make a report. Police got called and arrived 2 hours later. I called risk management because they were going to be in charge of telling me about the servilliance camaras and they told me they don't have access to the camaras. Also, that because this was a criminal act their policy would not refund what was stolen. This is not a secure place to stay in. They called themselves a safe place for the family and is not.

The resort looks good, beautifu since it was Christmas time. Beautiful grounds too. The check in was slow.. they had just 2 people bouncing through the check in while the resort was sold out. Forget about getting anything delivered to your room because noone picks up the phone. The rooms are beautiful… thus the 2 stars… the dishwasher smelt like something died there…Don’t get me started with the beds… horrible! Its like you are sleeping on springs. And just bring your own blanket as they have a thin throw for a blanket . The walls are as thin as paper…i swear you will hear your neighbors swallowing. Bring a white noise machine or download that app.
