Staff was not friendly, and waitresses repeatedly failed to come to our table even after we asked table managers for service. Room keys consistently malfunctioned, and at one point we were given a key to the wrong room that was already occupied, which is a serious safety issue. At 1:00 a.m., our room key stopped working entirely. We called for assistance, but no one ever came to our floor. We were left sitting on the hallway floor in the middle of the night until two housekeepers happened to pass by and noticed us. Only then did they call security. Instead of assistance, an armed security officer and two staff members in red jackets arrived to question us and check our IDs—despite the issue clearly being a hotel error. The entire situation was embarrassing, stressful, and handled extremely poorly. Overall, this was a horrible experience marked by lack of service, poor communication, and serious security lapses.

Room, etc were fine. I found out after the fact that the Expedia price paid is NOT the total price in LV. In addition to what I initially paid, here are the add-ons PER DAY: Resort Fee $55 Resort Fee Tax $7.36...Valet parking was $50/night, self parking $25 p/night. So I'm looking at a minimum $87 per night more than what I already paid. So: for any room in LV: Look at the fine print on every place on Exp. There should be info on Resort fees, additional tax, parking costs, etc.

Room wasn't spotless at first. Housekeeping missed the dusting in our room but it was taken care of asap. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Overall, this hotel is one that you will tell your friends about. We will definitely stay here again.
