You will also discover a charming master suite equipped with a 140x190 bed with direct access to the garden, a walk-through dressing room, and a large bathroom with a shower. Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet and direct access to the garage, which is notably equipped with a washing machine. This garage can also allow you to store bicycles, paddles, surfboards, kayaks, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing equipment...



The floor consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms which are all equipped with double beds in 140x190, one of which has a magnificent sea view. This floor also has a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with a shower.



The house is located on a large plot of 1360m² fully enclosed, access to the property is made in particular by an automatic gate. Children will thus be able to play safely while parents enjoy the large terrace equipped with garden furniture.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
