Needed a pet friendly hotel which it was listed as so and they turned my cat away. I had to find last minute arrangements in a city I am not from for my pet. Should not be listed as pet friendly and have limited accommodation.

Gal working check in was extremely rude. Wouldnt accept husbands id, kept saying it was expired. Then was using his middle name and said there wasnt any reservations by that name. Told her to use the correct last name and wanted another name for reservations.

Shower had no pressure sink knob was falling off the cable tv didnt work for the 2 days we were there. Even had someone come look at in on the first night. They couldn't fix it. But the hotel was clean and staff was nice
