"W checked in around 3 with an online booking that implied the waterpark passes were included. Upon check in we were told that it is not in fact included and was an additional fee. This was only the start of our issues. Throughout the few hours we’ve been here we have dealt with: nobody at the front desk or the manager Jared being in the side room or out at a table watching the game on the tv with a sign posted “be back briefly”. This sign was up for at least two hours that I noticed, but was only taken down when the lady for nights came in and took it down. Aside from this we also have a room that has a broken remote, a dirty bathroom, stuff on the walls of the room, no mattress covers just basic sheets, dirty floors, metal sticking out of the bottom of one of the beds that will cut somebody, a bathroom trashcan that has blood on the bottom of it and didn’t have any bags. Instead of getting a new bag or even getting it wiped out Jared just put trash bags at the bottom and said that was all he could do after putting a bag in it. The waterpark is disgusting and there should never be only one lifeguard on duty. Parents were life guards for kids who were not theirs, including us having to help another child in the water today because one lifeguard cannot handle the entire area when it’s busy. "Breakfast was very good. One thing lacking was no coffee maker in the room."

"Although an older property, it was very clean. We had a studio King suite and I was surprised that there was absolutely nothing in the cupboards to support eating in, not even plastic utensils. Why have a kitchen and then nothing to support cooking in the unit? Just didn’t make sense to me. Bed was comfy and, even when being directly across from the elevator, the hall and door slamming was non-existent. Overall, for the money (room was under $100), it was a great find and I would stay there again. We had our dog and the fees were the most reasonable that I could find in the area. Our hallway reeked of some sort of spice I didn’t recognize but the room was nice and fresh smelling."
