If you ask speak to a manager you're gonna be told ten different stories. Our room had food and clothes still on the floor when we checked in i'm gonna ask for a manager again , when we checked out and I had expedia on the phone explaining to the staff number , how bad the hotel was the person on duty which was a so called manager told me which expedia herd they would be giving me a full refund fast forward two weeks later after reaching out to the hotel every day with Expedia, on the phone still have not talked to a manager still have not got a refund.Save you money , go somewhere else"
