The Dylan at SFO
Had a late booking due to flight delayed. We booked and paid for a 2 Queens bed. At time of checking in around 9 PM, front desk just said 'we have a room with one queen bed, the room you booked is oversold, if you don't want the one bed, you can cancel' with the worst attitude for a customer service ...

The Marina Inn on San Francisco Bay
Exceptional staff. We stayed 1 night and took hotel shuttle to and from airport. Area is a little run down. Hotel could use a refresh but was clean. Breakfast was nice.

Oakland Airport Executive Hotel
There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price.
