The house was per the listing. The location is a bit far into the subdivision but we were able to get around with ease. easily got to the Tahoe Rim Trail via a short, steep walk. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cutlery, utensils, and the like. The induction stove was nice, the grill was large and had a full bottle of propane. There were coffee filters, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper in abundance. The wrap around back deck was spectacular. Located at the end of the street, very private and the large trees provided some shade. There is no air conditioning, so it was a bit warm, but each bedroom had it own fan. The main sitting area was a bit small for our group of seven, but we had all our meals on the deck. There is a large kitchen table that we could use for work spaces and for game night. The game room under the garage is nice, the pool table is a bit sloped. There were a lot of moths in the garage for some reason. The garage has a separate drinks fridge that was nice to store the overflow. There were also a few moths in the house. The screens were not perfected sealed, and the back slider door came off the tracks frequently. The downstairs was a bit dark, but it was cooler in the bedrooms. The decks were covered in pine pollen when we checked in, that time of year, but we were able to hose off the decks. Would have been nice for the cleaners to do that for us. Had some issues with the hot tub, but those were fixed. We had a great family reunion.
