I absolutely LOVED this place omg the beach access the view it was peaceful and amazing the only issue was the flows but they moved us to another room it was better there were flies because the fish on the beach so it was not because the hotel was dirty it wasn’t thank you’d to the staff we will mist definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room was very clean and the staff very polite. The only concern was on our first night when the people next door held loud conversations throughout the night. The second night was much better with no noise.

So we stayed the weekend and the location was wonderful and staff was very friendly. With that being said all 3 of my kids went swimming for a length of time and all 3 ended up with a chemical burn or allergic reaction.

Not sure why you would put strangers in adjoining rooms, especially when the hotel is empty. You can hear every word from the other room, and it’s a little uncomfortable when the neighbor is playing with the locks on the adjoining door. Adjoining rooms are designed for families, not strangers. Also, maids need to work quietly in the halls. Not everyone is checking out or getting out of bed early. Thin walls or door seals make it quite unpleasant when trying to sleep in or just sleep at all.

Online check-in was easy. Room was clean. After the first night, the heater was leaking water. Notified staff and they quickly changed my room without question. There is a nice tiki bar area outside and an indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working as of 12/30/25 but a maintenance note said it was being looked into. I would recommend this hotel.
