The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the basics that we needed. We found the beds and furniture comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient for our needs. That being said, the no AC situation proved to be problematic for a number of reasons all of which boil down to noise. Huge problem, there is a lady that lives in the condos and harassed my family the whole time. My family felt threatened, this isn’t a family friendly place. We talked to the office and they know about her and continue to tolerate her inexcusable behavior. The crazy lady with plants on her balcony. The pool rules are ridiculous, no jumping, no playing games like Marco pollo, no personal floaters, all kids that can’t swim and are in life jackets must be in arms reach. If not the crazy lady upstairs on 5 floor will scream at you or call the office. First time we encountered this lady, we were sitting in our car rental and she came up to our car, are you my uber. No please leave us alone. Who are you, you have no right to be here. Ya we do, please leave. On the last day she saw us leaving and came straight up to our car knowing we felt threaten by her behavior and continued to laugh at us. The place was great, staff were amazing, and friendly. The idea of the place is nice, if you don’t encounter the lady you will have a great experience.

Great location by main street, but very quiet. Property was kept-up well; room was spacious, modern and clean. Felt safe, staff was great, and enjoyed being across the street from the ocean. Everything you'd want or need is just a short drive. The restaurant onsite is also very good.

This is an older property but well maintained and clean. Staff was very kind. Just be aware there is no air conditioning. The windows all Open and there are fans but the rooms are quite warm.

No AC a deal breaker in Hawaii. I didn’t notice until after I booked. There was also a resort fee? For what? We couldn’t get more than one station on the TV. Only one coffee packet, you had to pay for the additional coffee. The place was clean, a bit dated. The sofa and chairs weren’t very comfortable. The bedroom at night did get a decent breeze. Ceiling fan helped in the bedroom. Staff was friendly. One really needs an air conditioner in Hawaii.

Loved the place! Clean and well kept, amazing office staff. The property management number was out of state and impossible to get a hold of, but office staff was there long hours and very helpful. Only complaint is the totally crazy owners with dogs. She would yell at people from her balcony and on the grounds. Also films people when she is doing her “police-ing.” She was fine once I yelled back at her after yelling at one of my kids. And she didn’t do it often, mostly the first day, but once more people arrived she hid away. Property is trying to get them out, and is in a litigation, so formal complaints are welcome!

Staff were really kind. The places were fine. Not super clean, but I’ve seen worse. The no A/C was so so so hot. It was really hot. Won’t stay there again mostly for that, but also because there’s a woman who owns her unit there, and she is probably mentally ill, but she harasses anyone and everyone she can. She yells off her balcony at people, complains about everything, and takes pictures and videos of everyone and everything without permission. She made the stay very uncomfortable.

Loved the location. 3 night stay. Travel to Haleakalea and Hana were easy to do. Lots of food and ahoppi g optins near by. Front desk ladies were very friendly. We had a room facing pool and beach. Overall great stay Nice size bed and kitchen well.equipped.
