On positive side it looks recently refurbished…
Location is bit far from Duval. As its old house you can hear everything from other rooms and from outside. Our room was very dark. Just 2 yellow lights.
A/C was working poorly…
They don’t answer your email before your arrival…
You need to call when arrive to get instructions to enter. Good that we had US number, if not, roaming charges would be super high. And we arrived around 2 pm… there was no one..
And its full of rules that i firstly had to listen on phone while standing with bags on porch, than they were listed in the room too. No A/C bellow 70 (also writen on remote) which couldn’t cool down room. Don’t keep lights in bathroom too long, when use toilet use it lightly….
Also there were a lot of small ants….
Every day when leaving the room, there was a lady shouting/asking for our room number in the middle of the street, even i sad we don’t need anything she was insisting on our room number so anyone on the street could hear… I suppose she was in charge for cleaning as never introduced herself.
Oohh it could be so much better if they care about customers…
