The Space:

Beyond the security gates and private driveway, this two-level designer residence offers generous space for family reunions, milestone celebrations, or group escapes. Bright living and dining areas look out across manicured lawns, the pool, and private bushland, while the freestanding bath in the main suite offers a peaceful place to unwind.



The modern kitchen is designed for group meals, with stainless-steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, breakfast bar, dining table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and barbecue utensils.



Sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests:

- Bedroom 1: King bed and private ensuite

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

- Bedroom 4: Double bed, single bed, and trundle

- Two additional full bathrooms

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and its 3-acre grounds, including the pool, alfresco area, lawns, home theatre, rumpus room, and dedicated workspace. The garages and main bedroom walk-in wardrobe are excluded from guest access.



The property has a private entrance via security gates and driveway, with free on-premises parking for multiple vehicles.

Kariong is a relaxed and family‑friendly suburb in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, located just west of Gosford and close to the M1 Pacific Motorway, making it easily accessible from both Sydney and Newcastle. It sits at the foothills of lush bushland and borders Brisbane Water National Park, offering plenty of outdoor space, walking trails and natural beauty right on its doorstep.



The community in Kariong enjoys a semi‑rural feel with modern residential neighbourhoods, local shops, schools, parks and recreational facilities, while still having convenient access to larger shopping and dining options in nearby Gosford. Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must complete a secure online guest check-in form and provide a digital copy of their ID.



A refundable $2,000 security bond is required for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages. It will be released within 7 days of departure, provided there are no issues. Card details are also required through the secure check-in form; they are encrypted and processed through the Stripe payment gateway in accordance with strict privacy laws, and will not be shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.
