Centre of the Men's Entertainment District and not 'By Owner'

We have been with VRBO for over 12 years and never had a bad experience until now. This is a hotel room basically. The room is listed through an agency that cannot do English and they don't get involved. They referred us to the hotel property manager and the process of getting info was horrible. lengthy, confusing, frustrating. It is a two bedroom apt, all things worked. Some prior guest's dirty laundry was left on the floor in the dining room. But being in the centre of the men's entertainment district meant that there were roving groups of drunken males everywhere. Not great for my wife and daughter. Loud music until 4AM. I don't recommend this one.
