Great house for a group but water pressure needs improvement
This house was perfect for our group of 10! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and enough bathrooms to keep things running smoothly had the water pressure been better. As mentioned in other reviews, the outdoor steps are steep, but we planned ahead and had the younger adults stay upstairs, which worked out just fine.The location was ideal—close to the beach and everything we needed—and communication with the host was excellent.That said, there were a couple of drawbacks that kept this from being a 5-star stay. The biggest issue was the extremely low water pressure. It was so low that a few of us ended up using the outdoor hose to wash our hair after a day at the beach. For the premium price we paid—which felt fair for a house of this size, assuming everything was working properly—that was a real inconvenience.Also, with 10 people coming and going in different directions, it would have been really helpful to have keyless entry rather than having to coordinate sharing a physical set of keys.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the house, but a few small upgrades would make a big difference.
