The staff here is amazing and wonderful. The breakfast meal is superb. The only issues I had were the main bed in room 721 had a bad boxspring. It kept knocking and banging if you turned over. it needs to be replaced. The second issue I had was the heating/AC in the room. It made a loud POP! when it came on, waking me up. I wound up having to move to the fold away bed in the living room area, which was extremely uncomfortable. ( I guess all foldaway beds are)

My daughter had a meeting in town, so we were only there one night. That said, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the registration desk was very nice and helpful. We only spent a short time checking out the area shops and restaurants, but found the location of Embassy Suites very favorable.
