We had to get moved from our original room because the electrical outlets were lacking, the rooms were extremely filthy with dust everywhere, stains on walls, curtains, box springs. Musty smell in the room, peeling paint on ceiling and doorway, loud bathroom fan, clothing rack pulling out of the wall, shower taking 5 to 7 minutes to get hot water, and finally a COCKROACH on the second night to top everything off. I’m in the process of emailing the general manager of that Ramada to try and get my money refunded, but that place was a dump!

The highlight was the woman at the front desk. I came in frazzled because I couldn't find my card to put on file at first among a few other things that went left, but she was a real gem. The hotel itself is dated, but relatively clean, and it got the job done. Would recommend especially if you are visiting your kids at IUP, which I was.

Did not have hot water in our room. 2 lights in the room did not work. There was a band playing at the bar (in the center of all the rooms) playing until 11pm. It was loud as heck. Not a great stay.

We ended up not staying and asking for our money back! The whole place was gross! As you walk in the ceiling was leaking with buckets all over the place. The courtyard floors were just dirty in general. Have to go outside to go to the second floor! The whole wall was glass and you can see right in your room. The room smelt so bad! The curtains were ripped and the furniture was broke. Didnt even look into the bathroom. Felt very very uncomfortable and unsafe. Will NEVER NEVER stay there!!! I asked for a refund and she acted like she couldnt bc we went through expedia. I asked for some kind of confirmation that we are not staying there, acted like she couldnt do anythinf and then all of a sudden she cancelled our stay. Got an email stating it was canceled, still charged my card. Will be calling first thing in the morning to get money back on my card asap!!!

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Indoor common area was a cool place to just hangout and the bar was great. We didn’t eat in the actual restaurant, but we had drinks and food at the bar. Good prices and good food. Bar staff was super friendly. Front desk person was very nice and accommodating. If you’re expecting The Plaza, this isn’t the place. But if you want a reasonably priced room with nice amenities, this is the place. Cable was a little funky. Local channels were terrible reception and the picture just didn’t fit the screen and not adjustable. Other than that, not a single issue. Would stay there again if I’m traveling to Indiana.

This hotel needs a major renovation and a deep clean. The rooms smell soooo musty it’s disgusting. And to top it off you have to PAY for breakfast!
