Our room was great. The shuttle experience was horrible but that was as much LAX fault as hotel. We had to wait almost 2 hours in cold rain as there is no covering at shuttle stops. First night at hotel there was a fire alarm at 3am - we all had to evacuate before finding g out it was a false alarm.

The shuttle experience was terrible. There is no alternate plan to your standing out in the rain & cold just to watch the shuttle go right by without stopping. We waited over 2 hours to get the shuttle to the hotel. Computers went down which lead to longer check in times. Room was nice with much appreciated hot water.

Our King 1 BR suite was clean and very up to date. Complimentary breakfast was very good. I would have given 5 stars but the housekeeping staff was nonresponsive in bringing plates, glasses, and eating utensils. We requested them 3 times over a 1 hour period and never received them during our 1 night stay. The suite had a mini kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher, and convection microwave, but the cabinets were empty.
