Very disappointing stay. The room was not very clean upon arrival. I requested extra towels for my children, and the front desk manager was rude and told me housekeeping would bring them in the morning. We stayed for three days and never saw housekeeping, nor was our room ever cleaned. I ended up having to buy towels from a nearby Walmart. On top of that, my room key locked me out every morning even though my stay was paid in full. The property felt very run-down and overall filthy. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not be staying here again.
