Loved this hotel for our family of 5. We had the Palm Suite so my husband and I got to have our own bedroom and the three kids slept in the living room (one sofa bed and one Murphy bed) The kitchenette was perfectly stocked with everything you could need. The suite also had 2 bathrooms which is a lifesaver when you have a big family! Parking was $175 for the 6 night stay and the Valet attendants were all wonderful. At check in we were informed that we’d be responsible of exchanging our towels at laundry service on the 3rd floor and we would only get one day of room cleaning which we could pick the day. We didn’t end up requesting our room to be cleaned since we were already exchanging our towels every day. The garbage was only picked up once but other than that, everything was great and we would stay here again.

Good but not great!

Our family of 5 loved our stay in the bayan suite. There was enough beds for all 5 of us to sleep comfortably but my kids decided that sharing a queen size was a no-go, they opted for one to sleep on the floor. I am giving this hotel a 4/5 rating due to a couple things. The room was great, the only 2 issues we had was the bathroom was way too small for 5 grown adults to share and my kids all got bites on thier bodies. Not sure if it was from the hawaii mosquitoes in the balcony or from the bed/floor they slept on even though we saw no bugs on the beds or sofa cushions. Aside from those 2 hiccups, overall we enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel at an awesome location. Close to everything, food, shops & beach are all within walking distance.

My family and I really like this place, it's convenient and there are many hotel activities arranged for all guests. I would like to believe that my family and I will book this hotel again next time we come to Hawaii.

This hotel was perfect, conveniently located to everything! Walking distance to eateries, shopping and the beach. The staff was friendly and nice, the hotel is a little old but nevertheless clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the Palm room with a Murphy bed and 2 bathrooms. This was perfect as it was 4 of us total. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

A must for future staycations!

Absolutely amazing hidden gem in a key central location for Waikiki! Great staff and service. Rooms have an amazing mini kitchenette area and we loved the Murphy bed to maximize the room space. They also offer kamaiana and military discounts as well.

The hotel did not have the reservation I booked; they argued about the price I was originally quoted and tried to charge for an extra night. Would not stay there again and would not recommend. At least 3 other groups had issues with their check in while I was checking in. Also, even though the room had a coffee pot and filters, they did not supply coffee. I've never stayed at hotel that did not supply coffee.

Awesome stay and location

location is excellent, walkable to downtown shopping, beach and nearby park. Valet parking is super convenient, also has discount if you park for a week. Front desk helpful and pleasant. Third floor, has supplies and housekeeping staff, helpful. the rooms just a bit outdated though, needs some upgrading or renovation. Also, needs to have more recycling receptacles to seperate compost and recyclables or landfill.

Great stay

We had a great staybhere. Everyrhing was really close whether we walked or drove. The only thing is that the shower innthe main room felt a bit small and the shower tub felt squishy like the flow underneath was erroding or needed replacement. I felt i coulda fell through sometimes.
