Worst experience ever! Dirty! Smells bad, old! Stains on curtains what looked like blood to us. Carpet is disgusting! I honestly cannot believe that hotels.com allow properties like this to be posted on their platform. There is nowhere to dry a towels or bending suits. And just overall experience was very bad, I felt like we were in the lowest level possible.

I was not able to check in. There was no clerk, no staff. The phone number did not work. I had to cancel and book somewhere else. When I called to cancel, I was told that no money had been charged. My credit card statement shows that I was charged for the full amount of this stay two weeks ago. I will probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The condo/hotel was wonderful. We had a suite with a full kitchen and they had everything we needed, except a pizza pan. We would definitely stay there again. Only thing that would have been better would be if they had a place to store luggage. We had an early flight in but couldnt get into the room until 3pm. We stored our luggage at the place suggested and it was quite a ways away. Not the short walk described. But overall very nice.

Great place, except for the roaches.

Overall, it was great, I booked this particular kind of place because of the full sized kitchen so I can cook, but unfortunately found a bunch of roaches in the kitchen so it obviously ruined the experience for me and prevented me from cooking so it was a waste of time and effort. There are never roaches to be found in a hotels, I expected the same from an Air B&B type of place as well. Had to make sure I left no trace of food in the place to prevent roaches from coming in, but they kept appearing each day of my stay. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again. Might I suggest bug bombing the whole place at least once every six months, that's our routine for our own place in Texas. That way, no roaches. And no weirded out guests who will write a similar review.

The room was very old but clean, beds were very firm, soaps, cleaning products and sufficient towels provided. The location of the condos is great with a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach, however Honolulu is extremely noisy with constant police sirens 24/7 which is annoying. There is a guard on duty in the lobby 24/7 however particular guards are very rude, which wasn’t a nice way to start a trip. Overall not too bad for the price, if you don’t mind an older room then this will be ok

Our unit was older and needed some updating, but it was clean. Great location. Close walking distance to everything. Parking on site for reasonable price. Staff were friendly. Nice pool and laundry facility. We loved having a kitchen and 1 bedroom.

I liked having a kitchen with all the amenities. I loved the friendly capable staff. The location was great for me. The attached parking garage was as convenient as could be. There wasn't a speck of trash anywhere on the property that I saw. I slept very comfortably in the bed. The water pressure and temperature was exactly what I want it to be. I have absolutely nothing bad to report. I'm really glad I chose to stay here.

Excellent condo apartments, full kitchen was awesome, cold air conditioning, lots of great eminents, close to beach and shopping. Needs new beds, had to buy a topper. A little out dated, but efficient and large, with attached private garage parking. Look forward to staying her again.
