Notice of Exterior Wall & Balcony Repair Work

Scheduled Period: November 2026 – End of March 2027 (tentative)

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Repair work on the hotel’s exterior walls and balconies will be taking place during this period. Please be aware of this when making your reservation.

Units ending in 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, and 44:
Late November 2026 – End of March 2027 (tentative)

Please note that construction schedules are often extended beyond the original estimate and may change without prior notice.

Please consider the following before making your reservation:

For privacy, please keep your curtains or blinds closed while work is in progress.
Depending on the progress of the work, construction may occasionally begin earlier than the scheduled start time.
Access to the lanai of each unit may be restricted during the exterior wall and balcony repairs.
The pool and other hotel facilities will remain available as usual.
The construction period may be extended due to weather or other circumstances.
Even units not directly included in the construction schedule may experience some noise.
The construction schedule may be changed or extended without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
