Place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful in a excellent location. Close walk to shops food and beach. Easy access to highways if you have a car. Parking spot a plus! I will say the host Monica is one of the most responsive and kindest hosts I have ever dealt with. She made our first trip to Hawaii amazing and we are thankful we booked this unit. Also Diana the property manager was also super responsive and an absolute joy to chat with.If ever in Hawaii again this is the first place I will look for!

On the outskirts of Waikiki beach. Great location as you are close to Waikiki without paying Waikiki prices. Neighborhood to the north is a little sketchy, but just say south and it’s all good. Would stay there again.

The instructions from our host were detailed and clear. She allowed us to check in five hours before the official check in time. That was greatly appreciated since we were traveling with a small child. We were delighted to discover a well stocked kitchen and a stash of beach toys. The unit was comfortable and large enough to accommodate our needs. Having a secure assigned parking spot really added to the value.The location was perfect for us. Waikiki beach was in walking distance and we could also walk to nearby restaurants. It also was in a convenient location for exploring the rest of the island.

Great location for any activities!! the condo has AC, which is great, free parking! I had a few questions. Monica was right there to answer them for me and she was available, which is really nice! the place has beach stuff/cooler which is really nice! kids loved the pool. Lanai faces the Ala Wai canal so it was a great view of the mountains and city. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Rooms were good size and tv was in every room! Huge TV in living room which we enjoyed. Really did not need to bring any supplies as apt pretty much had it all. There were even rain ponchos - thank goodness we did not need to use! If I had any questions host responded quickly.

Check in process and communication with the host was super easy. The place was great traveling with 1 y/o and grandparents. The balcony is key for the kiddo. Rooms were as advertised. Parking was easy but not covered. And the laundry room was right next door, but not in unit which is common for HI.

Our family had a great time staying in this condo in Waikiki. It was clean and well-appointed and has a beautiful view of Honolulu and the mountains. In addition to Waikiki beach there are lots of great activities; we enjoyed hiking up Diamond Head, e-biking, and riding UTV's at Kualoa Ranch. We also spent an afternoon at Pearl Harbor and toured the Arizona. Memorial, We hope to visit Oahu again soon.

Pros: very comfortable, cozy and home-away-from-home-like feel, well stocked and clean, great TV and WiFi. Nice location and great view from the balcony. Cons: AC reliant on loud window units, only one elevator working during visit made for long waits, onboard/entry process a little confusing and stressful. I recommend a fully detailed map/document/photos to make everything clearer

Overall, this is a great place to stay in Waikiki. I would recommend it to friends and family if they were determined to stay in Honolulu.O'ahu, as a whole, is a bit overpriced as far as the islands are concerned, and I think it has to do with it being the biggest tourist destination. Unfortunately, this includes this property. I think the place should be charging maybe 80% of what it's charging now, but I could say the same for the whole island. This isn't a read on the owner - they are priced to market - just an observation for those considering O'ahu.The view of the ridge from the patio is lovely, and you can just make out the ocean from one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the ocean view bedroom also has the upper floors able to look into your room, so we opted to keep the curtains drawn. You are a 15 minute walk from Kahanamoku beach, which is an excellent spot outside of the Hilton Hawaiian Village, so ocean views are not really necessary.The place is well-stocked, and the onsite condo manager is quick to respond if you find anything is missing (we were missing trash bags). Laundry is shared by the floor and costs 6 per load (3 per wash, 3 per dry). We noticed some bugs, but this is to be expected on a tropical island.To reiterate: great place to stay, if a little overpriced for what you get. I can't give 5 stars because it didn't blow me away like a couple other places I've stayed, but I think the vast majority of travelers will be very pleased here.

Great walkable location. Walked to Friday fireworks, Waikiki beach, stores, food and shopping. Having access to assigned parking was convenient also as parking in the area appeared to be very limited. Really enjoyed the units air conditioning. Property had plenty of "extra" items around (ie. coffee, shampoo, lotion, etc) in case you ran out or forgot something. Definitely appreciated the boogie boards, beach umbrellas, extra beach towels and camp chairs that were available for our use. Also, this unit was very close to an available washer/dryer. It was an end unit so there was not unknown foot traffic coming past our door and no next-door neighbors. You could see the ocean from the front door, and we had a great view of the canal from our balcony & living room. Balcony had table & chairs also. Excellent communication with the managers of this specific unit.
