The front desk was staffed with two wonderful ladies. When I checked in, I met Lavadia. She is an 11 out of 10. I did not notice the lady's name when I left at 5 the next morning, but she is also an 11 out of 10. Great staff. My bed was comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep.

Also the staff will scam you by charging you a pet fee because housekeeping will claim they saw pet hair that they probably tracked in with them. We stayed 2 nights and was gone over 10 hours for a cheer competition each day , plus they have no video footage of you entering or leaving your room/property with a pet but will lie and say they do. The breakfast is horrible as they only had bagels, muffins, cereal and oatmeal you have to make, coffee is cold. Do not book here! Stay away to prevent a headache as they lack integrity!"

"Paid over $500 a night for a "premium" suite that had a lot of issues. The a/c was barely working. Could not get the room cool. Balcony door would not open and was completely off track. Bathroom door would not lock. Found several ladybugs in the room and found a spider on the bed right when we walked in. Attendant showed up to our room at midnight knocking on the door to finally come ask about our a/c. We were all already in bed at that time. Ice maker on our floor was not working. Overall, we did not enjoy this place. We usually live Embassy Suites, but not this one. We way overpaid for a premium suite. We travel a lot, and unfortunately, this was one of our worst stays yet. "
