Located in Holmes Beach less than two blocks from the white sands of the Gulf, you'll find relaxation at all hours of the day. Hop on the free trolley to explore the island and find your favorite sights and restaurants! If you've got a large group, there is an identical villa next door you can rent together to accommodate up to eight guests.

When you're not basking in the sun by the sparkling pool or reading in the sunroom, relax indoors in the pleasant air-conditioning. A gas grill and fully equipped kitchen let you make all the meals you're used to, and multiple tables provide options for dining. Settle down after a long day to watch a DVD on the HD flatscreen TV or surf the free WiFi. Feel free to pack light, since you can take care of laundry with the private washer/dryer.

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
