Great stay! Very convenient for our reservation at the castle. The room was comfy, very clean and spacious. It’s as old building so things creak a lot but it was part of the charm for us. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the snacks and ice cream!!

I was in.the area for work.and just needed a quiet, clean room. The hotel is dated, and has some wear and tear, but was clean and area was quiet. The amenities are very basic but worked. The Staff was definitely the "star" of this hotel. They were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating.

"Overall the hotel was great. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming. The room and surrounding area was well maintained and clean. My biggest frustration was how loud staff and guests were. I could hear everything in other rooms, hallways and the worst part was some type of remodel was happening directly across from my room. I had understand that things need to be fixed but a heads up would have nice. I’m on vacation and really don’t want to have that loudness impeding on my enjoyment. "
