We still had to pay the amenity fee even though many of their amenities were not offered (e.g. could not access the pool, they cancelled morning yoga, could not take out bikes etc). Only one elevator was working for half a day. Staff worked hard to ensure that the entrance was clean and dry and helped carry suitcases up and down stairs when the second elevator stopped working.
