The pool deck features ample seating for everyone. Enjoy direct beach access via a scenic dune walkway, transitioning seamlessly from poolside to ocean shore. The covered outdoor lounge and bar area provide a shaded haven for cooling off with a drink, while an array of games—including (3) full size tv's, shuffleboard, cornhole, foosball, ping pong, and darts—ensures entertainment for all ages. You'll find a full bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach

Entertainment and Relaxation

The upper-floor living room boasts a separate area with a game table for cards or board games, plus a desk for those needing to work remotely, all while enjoying gorgeous views. This area also features its own full bathroom for added convenience. Step out onto the upper balcony which includes Adirondack rocking chairs and a large sectional sofa, perfect for sunset gatherings

- Bunk Room: Ideal for families, featuring one queen-over-queen and two full-over-queen bunk beds.

Third Floor:
- Oceanfront Double Queen Suite: Two queens, private bathroom, and access to an oceanfront deck.

Property Reminders:
- No Pets Allowed
- No Smoking on the Property
- Interior/Exterior Fireplaces not for guest use
- Elevator not for guest use
- Security Cameras: 2 cameras on the front exterior corners of garages facing the driveway, 1 facing the trash yard, 1 Ring doorbell, and 2 ocean-facing cameras on the second-floor deck.
- Parking: Maximum of 7 vehicles. No parking on the street or landscaping. Overflow parking not available.

Pool & Spa Can Be Heated for an Additional Fee
(if the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach the desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given)

Included Supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Cancellation Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at least 60 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is eligible for a refund, funds will be returned in the same manner they were received, minus a $350 administrative fee. No exceptions. We encourage guests to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking through a third-party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, or political unrest.
