Brilliant location to walk into town. Room was clean and well equipped for a short stay too. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, especially Phoebe! Will definitely be returning here for our next stay in York!

The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool etc was excellent. However the bed was extremely hard which was very uncomfortable. It wouldn't put me off staying but i would make sure I took a topper myself.
