The room was impeccably clean & the bed very comfortable. There are amenities - coffee, TV, fridge, etc - but my work-related stay was very short and I had no need for the extras. The staff was very courteous and professional. My check-in was after midnight due to my job, and though the attendant was busy elsewhere in the building, he came right away to assist me. The next morning I overslept, and the staff was very gracious and forgiving, even returning my deposit in full after my transgression. This is a very quiet accomodations in a small town not too far from Greater Binghamton, with very reasonable rates. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to stay there again. And I would highly recommend Colonial Brick Inn to anyone traveling through or on an extended stay in the area!

Nice stay love the location and bed comfortable. Don’t like watching or being forced to watch Binghamton NY television stations instead of W/B Scranton. When I left to check out no one at the desk as usual and didn’t answer the phone either

The room was clean, but cold with no carpeting. The heater / AC on the wall was loud, not great for sleeping.The lack of carpet made it echo and we could hear everything the second floor tenants did above us. The front desk staff need to work on their customer service skills. Otherwise, it was a bed and a roof for the weekend.

Hotel room is very nice. Recently renovated and very clean. I wanted something very simple for dinner and there was a McDonald’s right across the street. Also recommend the restaurant Tedeschi‘s.

After checking in had to return to the front desk as the room had no towels, tissues or toilet paper. Room had a very strong chemical cleaner smell which got exponentially worse after turning the heat on to the point of eyes and throat burning and having to open the window which didn’t have a screen installed so thankfully it was a cool wet night out and no bugs flying around

It was not clean. They had NO hand towels. There were no hangers in the closet. There was almost 3 inches of ice buildup in the freezer, which means we couldn't use it. The pillowcases were dirty. We had an ice bucket lid, but no ice bucket.

Price is right and grounds are taken care of as evidence with recent renovation. Room walls are thin, phone conversations from other rooms heard down the hallway. For the price, I'd stay here again.
