Whg. nicht sehr gepflegt; hat einige Mängel. Mobiliar teils wackelig und durchgesessen. Stehlampe fehlt, somit zu dunkel am Tisch. Trinkgläser blind; haben uns eigene gekauft. Kaum Ablagen für Garderobe. Positiv ist das Bad mit Oberlicht.

Das Bad ist durch den Duschvorhang nicht sooo komfortabel, aber wenn man sich die Fotos vorher angesehen hat, weiß man das zumindest im Voraus. Ev. wäre es sinnvoll, ein eigenes, scharfes Messer mitzubringen, da in der Küchenausstattung die Messer nicht allzu scharf sind. Da auch die Türen schon recht alt sind, schließen sie eher laut, worauf man abends besonders achten muss. Toller, großer Balkon! Größe der Wohnung ist ebenfalls super!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der seitliche Seeblick vom Balkon aus ist einfach super. Da man sehr zentral wohnt, kann man viele Geschäfte sowie Bäcker etc. sehr schnell erreichen,leider gibt es in dieser Wohnung kein WLAN ,vielleicht auch besser,schließlich soll man sich ja auch erholen.
