Our host was great to communicate with! We had a couple of minor issues early on and he was quick to address and take care of them! Very pleasant to deal with! We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the location was great for our visit with our daughter at Grand Valley State University! The kitchen came with every appliance you could think of! My only suggestion would be having wash cloths and towels in the basement bathroom. This was our first VRBOand we had a great experience!

Very cozy place close to shops and restaurants. We spent the weekend at the mall and antique shopping. Went for walks around the neighborhood and to a couple close by parks. Everything you need is within 3 miles from the house. House was very clean and newly renovated.

Overall very clean house. Only comment is we found a few dishes & utensils in kitchen that were not clean and/or old. Pans and utensils could use some updating. Other than that a nice/quiet neighborhood within a short walk to shops and restaurants. Our grand-daughter had a VB tourney at GVSU so was convenient for us. Thanks!

Perfect home for out of state family

We were very impressed with the openness of the main rooms as it lent itself so nicely to have our family gather together for a second Christmas. The decor was stunning and comfortable and having the basement level available worked for the children to play too and watch Disney!! The location for us was perfect as we were near everyone in Grand Rapids proper and Walker. Just lovely!!!

Nice place and great location.

The accommodations were great. Everything has been remolded from what I can tell. Nice clean space with updated appliances and TVs. Nice basement area. It could be used for 2 families. Overall great experience. We would stay here again!
