Clean, updated, quiet apartment in a comfortable residential neighborhood. Nice to have convenient parking, attractive decor, comfy huge couch in living room, and very comfortable beds and linens. We stayed here for family weekend at Elon University (18 minute drive). Several delicious, good value restaurants within a short drive. Check in was easy as could be- code on door. Check out responsibilities are minimal and reasonable. Communication with owner was just right- everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We had no issues, but if we had, I feel the owner would have been very responsive.

Visiting daughter at Elon

Property was nicely updated and very clean. It was also a five minute drive to my favorite breakfast spot in Graham…Press! It was just a little longer to Elon than expected and the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well. Response and communication with the renter was very quick when needed.

Cozy, Convenient Apartment

I loved staying in this apartment, and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are charmingly and thoughtfully decorated, and well supplied for an average traveler’s needs. All rooms have ceiling fans, which would be great in summer. Windows all around bring sunlight throughout the day, and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet and not far from I-40. This apartment is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs (outdoors) and doesn’t have a washer/dryer. These weren’t a problem for us, but are worth mentioning. Beds were a little firm but comfy overall, and the kitchen had the essentials, including a coffee maker with supplies to get started. The convenience to Graham, Burlington, and Mebane was great. Plus the owner was easy to reach and very responsive. So I’d definitely stay here again.
