Loved this house. Completely renovated recently in a modern but comfortable decor. Very clean. Great bed! The kitchen is well equipped and everything is labeled so you don't have to open five drawers to find a spoon. All the appliances appear new and work as expected. Plenty of pots and pans. View is outstanding and peaceful. Like the locked gate. Check in was a breeze. However, I came down to go fishing; no way I could launch my bass boat at the house ramp. There is too little room to maneuver the trailer without risking damage to the porch or trees. A smaller boat would probably be ok but not a 20 foot bass boat. That said, no big deal because a short two miles away is Siesta Cove Marina where you can launch and park your trailer 24 hrs a day. 5 ramp fee! Haven't seen a 5 ramp fee since dirt was rocks. I had a very peaceful three days and fishing was outstanding. This would be a great house for mom, dad and a couple kids. Highly recommend the entire process. Communication was excellent and I felt like the agent/owner was readily available if something came up. Nothing is perfect, but this is close! You won't be sorry.
