Hotel ideally located, close to the main drag. We were located just above ground level facing the main road, but sound proofing on windows very effective. Room clean, however fixtures and carpets, particularly in the common hallway areas, tired. Bathroom tiny and whilst shower had very good pressure, no shower door so bathroom floor very wet every time, such that bathmat effectively had to be used as a mop. No exhaust fan. For the price can only give three stars

Great location. Will stay again maybe we caught a staff member on a bad day. The bar was apparently busy the day we were there. One lady was very helpful and even though had mentioned to someone else she was already meant to have gone home was still helpful, polite and approachable. Her colleague from the front desk that came to help was, I will say, less so! Not everyone is equipped for customer service.

Property is fine. Centrally located. Clean ,Staff are great. Two issues. We had to park on the street as all hotel parking full, also the bed was terrible, way too soft. Mattress needs replacing.

Aircon was broken in room, was advise when booking in, was given small fan heater and extra blanket, however fan heater was useless and noisy. No compensation offered or another room when your sign stated you had vacancies.
