The home was infested with live and dead bugs. So many so when you enter, the floor crunches from stepping on them. The washer was also broke it washed clothes but would not spin the water out of them.

Thanksgiving in Gatlinburg

We really enjoyed our stay here! We enjoyed hiking, shopping and the views everywhere you looked! We would definitely stay here again. The only comment we have about the listing is that when we booked, the loft was included as additional bed space. When we arrived, the loft was inaccessible. We checked the listing again and the loft was no longer listed. We just felt that we should've been informed of the change.It wasnt a big deal, as we werent going to use the space as anything but storage. We had a great trip and overall loved the cabin..

The cabin was a dream! The view was amazing! The hot tub was incredible! The property was clean and check in was easy! We would 100% recommend! The loft was great for our 9 and 6 year old (it wouldn't have been the best option for smaller children).

Chemical burns

The cabin was overall a cute cabin, however the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, my boyfriend has been suffering from chemical burns all over his legs. He has had to miss work since we’ve been back. The last 2 days were miserable for him.

Wonderful anniversary trip!

We stayed for second time at the Sheriffs Cabin for our 28th wedding anniversary. We absolutely love this cabin! It’s isolated with beautiful views, but is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

Nice little place. Is in a development of cabins on top of a mountain. Nice view of other cabins. Couch is a little worn, hot tub cover held together with duct tape.

Perfect for Honeymoon!!

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and had the best week sitting on the porch and in the hot tub looking at the incredible views!! Only a few minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so we were able to go out as well!

The accomodations overall were great, with one exception...the bed and pillows. The bed is simply a mattress on a plywood frame. Not comfortable at all especially when you have had back and neck surgery. It would be the equilivant of putting your mattress on the floor. Pillows were also very uncomfortable as they were extremely firm.

Amazing Cabin

One disaster after another. Storm block access to the cabin and knocked out power. Property manager could not say if it when power would be restored. The property manager did not offer a solution, we were told to go "hang out at a local restaurant and we'll advise". At 8 pm we were offered an alternative location a half hour away from the cabin rented. The alternative cabin was dirty and had a foul odor. I explained all our medications are in the original booking, I was met with a sorry about that. Early the next morning we went to our original booked cabin to find the road open and power on. We were not contacted by the property management company. Later that day we found the Internet down and the TV nonfunctional, when reported we were again told sorry about that. Property is awesome, management company is horrible.

Beautiful views

The cabin was more than we could have imagined. You can see for miles and we had multiple visits from bears(they never bothered anything, were just passing through). It was lovely to enjoy Tennessee at its finest and watch wildlife from the comfort of a lovely porch. We will absolutely visit again.

Perfect Location to enjoy nature and in town activities

This property is FANTASTIC! Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of town, but easy access for all kinds of activities from coasters to nature hikes. We even got to see a bear while hanging out on the balcony! Would stay here again.
