Beautiful Cabin & Location-Friendly and Responsive Staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful, between the creek, hot tub, pool table & arcade games our kiddos had so much to do during our stay. Staff was friendly & quickly resolved any requests-plumbing & maintenance techs were great guys. Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin-would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay off the beaten path, but close enough to enjoy all Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge have to offer.

The sounds of the running water!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful and the sounds of the running water was just what I needed to rejuvenate. The only disappointment is that there was no access to the laundry room as it was locked so we have to buy clothes instead of washing the ones we brought.

Just a getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed this cabin. Sat on back porch to drink coffee in the mornings and listen to the creek. Beautiful. Showers were FANTASTIC. Theater room was fun. Advise to sit at bar to watch because if you sit in seats its like sitting in the front row at an actual movie theater. Too close but still fun. Little far from most activities. Be prepared to drive alot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the cabin. It was such a great location, very clean and a beautiful, relaxingscenery! There wasn't any propane in the tank to grill, just had to make a phone call and someone came out the next day. The only thing I did not like was we ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some. The website did say that we got a starter pack but when on vacation, I really don't want to have to worry about going and buying toilet paper. Other than that, the place was fantastic and we will be back again!

Awesome location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family would highly recommend this cabin. It’s right on the creek so it’s a beautiful location with a babbling stream. Great hot tub out there and we used the fire pit every night. The Wi-Fi is a little spotty but no big deal. Our kids loved the game room would suggest putting bunkbeds in there for extra sleeping instead of the pull out couch in the living room. Very clean with modern amenities and only about a 15 minute drive into downtown Gatlinburg.

There were several panels missing and a couple fell off when we opened them. Great location. The whole family loved the ambience from the creek. Would stay here again.

Talking Waters

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conveniently located on a creek, though accessing the creek itself is deceptive from the pictures as it is a fairly steep drop-off. Bathrooms had LOTS of ants both times we've stayed in the cabin. Was able to remedy it with spray, but shouldn't have to worry about poison when a toddler is present. Overall it's a lovely cabin and will probably stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the talking waters cabin for our vacation. We loved being right by the creek because we could leave the sliding glass door open and could hear the water inside and that was very relaxing. The beds on the other hand were very hard and not comfortable at all.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little bit farther outside of Gatlinburg than I would prefer, but overall good location to also access the eastern side of the park. House was great size for 4 people. Kitchen with only the very essentials was a little disappointing. Everything worked well and in good condition. Hot tub seemed to have fresh water in it but could have been cleaner. Overall, I would consider coming back.

We didn’t even care to go into Gatlinburg, bc we loved being at the cabin. We have 3 small kids so definitely had to make sure they were inside and doors were locked when we were right with them outside, but they loved the stream! We had one small projector/dvd issue and the elk springs resort employees were super quick and fast to respond and help!! We will definitely be renting again!

Talking Waters Great Getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the cabin, the two king suites were great, the beds were a little hard they could use a nice mattress topper or a comfy mattress pad on top. Other than that sitting in the hot tub, listening to the creek was wonderful. We enjoyed the projector tv watching football and baseball and playing pool.It was about a 20 min drive to the strip in Gatlinburg but we were glad to not be in the chaos of downtown. The office texted several times to see if we needed anything, I felt if I needed anything they were available but we were all good.

Lovely Little Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice little cabin conveniently located reasonably close to multiple activities. It was easy to access and nice not to have a long drive up the thin, winding mountain roads. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. The showers were wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the game room/movie theater was a big hit with the kids (as was the hot tub). The creek was beautiful, however if you are wanting to actually go down to the creek it isn’t particularly easy to access. My only complaint is that there weren’t many towels or extra blankets available (there is a washer and dryer) and there were limited kitchen utensils and plates. Overall it was a cozy, clean cabin with a great view of the creek. Elk Springs provided excellent customer services and made sure to call and text to check in. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Missed Mountain View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. A one-story cabin was a nice surprise. The stone showers were great but one tub would have been nice. The theater room was very nice but the seating was awkward. There were only theater seats, not recliners, but they were so close to the screen that it made them useless. The only other seating was wooden, backless bar stools. We love the area but missed the Mountain View, although the stream was nice. We had a constant supply of fire wood which was appreciated. Overall a nice one story cabin.

Awesome place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time! This was a fantastic place to stay for our family of 5 (including 3 young kids). The house was clean, the setting was beautiful, and it was nice not having to worry about mountain drop offs or stairs with a toddler running around. The location was ~15-20 min from downtown Gatlinburg and about 30-40 from Pigeon Forge, so there was a little driving involved with sight seeing. That wasn't a big deal though, and it was great having this cabin to come back to in the evenings. It was clean, comfy, and cozy. Agree beds were noisy, but not a deal breaker for sure. Staff was very accessible and called to check that we made it in OK. Easy to access as well. Would stay again and highly recommend!
