The apartment was very clean and the process of booking and communicating with the host was great. Lovely pool area to chill next to and the beach is a couple of minutes walk. The reason why we didn’t give full stars was down to too few basic furniture items both inside and outside. No coffee or side table to place drinks. No bedside lamps, so when you went to bed you could only have the main ceiling light on! The photos made you think you would have a pool view from the master room and you don’t…it’s just a bare courtyard area with no furniture or plants or anything. The main patio was huge with a very old table and chairs, no sun loungers, no comfort at all. The details also said air con and coffee maker…these were not present. No tea, coffee, sugar pots. No bread bin. We didn’t need air con as it was April but you may want it later in the year. It’s a lovely apartment, in a great location but just felt the bare minimum was being provided. We still had a lovely stay in El Cotillo.
