This centrally located home has stunning marsh views all over the house. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped for our large family. We really enjoyed the bikes and golf carts included. Communication was quick and easy with host. Great value for the price in a newly renovated gem.

Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Bedrooms are large so plenty of space! We had a great five days on fripp with our family of 5 plus grandparents. It was so relaxing. Lived the golf cart (and beach chairs and towels etc..) were there so we did not need to figure out renting one. ...

Our family had an amazing experience staying here for Christmas! The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, and offers many amenities. The host is very communicative and instructions were clear. The island speaks for itself with endless nature and wildlife. 10 out of 10 recommend!

You will not find a better value for your money than this on Fripp! It was the perfect place for my family. Loved the screened in porch for breakfast. Beautiful day bed in the sun room. Lon, the owner, was super friendly and responded quickly to my emails. Fantastic house for a beach getaway!

We stayed at the home because we had a wedding to on Lady’s island. The owners of the home were very quick to respond to my text. I had to contact them on Thanksgiving day and they were great about getting done what we needed.
