Great location if you are visiting hill country wineries. Lots of space for larger groups, including outdoor space and a great outdoor fireplace. The kitchen doesn't have a freezer which threw us for a loop. Nice SubZero fridge, but no freezer. The host removed it from the amenities list, but we didn't note that as no freezer is highly unusual. We managed.We did have a small plumbing issue that the host addressed very quickly.
