Good location , very helpful and friendly staff

Stayed here ...again ..when visiting Messe trade fair , only a 5-10 minute walk to get there and easy to walk the opposite direction into town . The breakfast is more than sufficient and included in the room price . Bar staff in the evening were very helpful and efficient even when very busy ...bed was really comfortable and they do have a kettle in the room, even though not on the list of room amenities ...will be back

Loved this B+B was only a 1 night stay for work but will definatly return with the family if we go to Edinburgh. Lovely and clean, nice size rooms and breakfast was extremely good. Well worth stopping here if visiting Edinburgh.
